Enjoy your stay in our traditional house in one of Symi's small alleys.
The mother of Dimitris Kozas, Irene Giallousi lived here with her family. She married Jannis Kozas, who comes from a family of photographers. His talent was inherited by his son Dimitris and his grandsons Jannis and Stamatis, who is an artist.
We kept the architectural design of the house and simply evolved the spaces creating more comfort for you.
The whole essence of this place should give you a unique comfortable cozy homey stay. We would want you to know that you are welcomed in the Greek way “philoxenia”, freely translated it means “the generous hospitality of strangers”. Now you become part of our story!

On the first floor of a traditional Symi house, accessed through its private yard and a staircase, the Kozas Art House in Symi is a spacious option for your accommodation in the center of life of the beautiful island of the Aegean.
Accessed easily, just 5 minutes walking from the sea front, the Kozas Art House features a fully equiped kitchen, a separate living area with a cozy sofa bed and a separate bedroom. The bathroom features a shower.
Kozas Art House has been carefully restored and features a unique artistic taste.
All rooms are fully airconditioned.
It is can accomodate 2-4 people.
